There is wide agreement that the quality of housing available to most households in developing countries is a major problem that each of these nations is being forced to address. Nation after nation is trying to find approaches that will yield substantial gains within a few years. Often, however, these efforts are being expended without a complete and realistic definition of the task at hand. This can and does lead to putative solutions which are inappropriate and extremely costly false
Our Enterprise produce low income housing in affordable prices. But the scarcity and high cost of land in urban areas raise costs of labors and materials and affect low-cost housing programs.
